Recipient of many awards including most admired global airline award by Fortune magazine from 2004-2009, Continental Airlines (CO) was a premier US carrier that had its headquarters situated in Houston, Texas. In 2010, Continental Airlines merged with United Airlines Limited and was renamed United Continental Holdings. After its successful merger with United Airlines, Continental Airlines was dissolved in May 2012.
