Mokulele Airlines, founded in 1994, is an American commuter airline, having its headquarters in Kailua-Kona in Hawaii. With a fleet of 16 aircraft, Mokulele Airlines flights fly to 12 destinations. In 2019, Mokulele Airlines was acquired by Southern Airways Express. However, the airline continues to operate as its own brand within Southern Airways Express.
