My flights are always easy to book and the trips always go smoothly for a stress free take off and landing - Ratree Nov 10, 2024
Located in the confines of Banff National Park, Banff Airport is one of the few airports in Canada that is only used for emergency landings. The airport was closed from 1997-2007 and was open on the condition that it won't support commercial flights in a bid to protect the wildlife of the surrounding region. The airport is situated in Banff, Alberta and is managed by Parks Canada. Banff Airport is one of the few examples where development was comprised to protect the nature and its beauty.
