Its ground floor has been a famous a marketplace since 1743 and was once the meeting point of American patriots. On its fourth floor is the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Museum, with weaponry, uniforms, and paintings of significant battles. The Fanueil Hall also hosts political debates, and some important names like Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are associated with it.

Boston Museum of Arts is known for its notable collection of French Impressionist paintings, Japanese art, and American arts besides a great many number of artifacts ofrom Egypt, Greece, and Rome.
