The capital of Slovakia, Bratislava was known as Prešporok in Slovak. It has a mix culture of Germans, Slovaks, Hungarians, and Jews and is also the cultural heart of Slovakia. Bratislava CastleThe reconstructed Bratislava Castle allows some beautiful views to the city and the Danube River; inside the castle you will find a museum that covers folk crafts, furniture, modern art and history. The castle was rebuilt after a fire and has also been renovated a lot of times.
St. Martin´s CathedralThe St. Martin´s cathedral dates back to 14th century and is also one of the oldest cathedrals in Bratislava. Back in time coronation ceremonies of Hungarian kings and queens were held at St. Martin's. It is one of the known landmarks of the city and the church towers above the city.
