Situated on the confluence of Liard and Mackenzie rivers, Fort Simpson (YFS) is a small village which is relatively famous among kayakers and canoeists. Part of Dehcho Region of Northwest Territories, Canada, the village is considered a gateway to Nahanni River and Nahanni National Park Reserve. Mackenzie MountainsMackenzie Mountains is an 800 km long range and a perfect spot for adventure enthusiasts. With its highest peak at about 9700 feet, you can enjoy excellent trekking and beautiful views in the range.
