Today, this site is used as a museum to display around 6000 haunting portraits of prisoners, which reveal the tragic history of Cambodia.

Independence Monument

Celebrations of national festivals such as Independence Day (9th November) and Constitution Day (24th September) are organized at this monument. Best time to visit Independence Monument is at night.
