With nearly 30 multiple flowing fountains and sculptures, the garden provides a stunning visual atmosphere. The Botanica is located at a short distance from the city center.

The Old Cowtown Museum is a history museum located near the River Arkansas in the city of Wichita. It is one of the oldest open air history museums with nearly 54 historic and re-created buildings. The museum displays and focuses on the life of the region during latter half of the 19th century. Here one can learn the city's development from a frontier settlement to manufacturing area.

Sedgwick County Park

The beautiful Sedgwick County Park is a great place to visit with family or friends. There are around four lakes providing great opportunities for fishing or feeding the ducks and geese. Enjoy walking, jogging, running or ride bicycles on nearly four miles long loop. Remember one needs to have Kansas State Fishing License for fishing. It is available at the park office which is located in the middle of the park.
